Carry things through to completion- If you start it finish it. Pay attention to the details and complete things in all respects. No credit is given to a job half done.
Methodical and consistent work is much faster than hurried or rushed work. Slowing down and doing it right is always faster than rushing through and doing it wrong.
Continually Improve and Build Simple Systems
Look for the simplest and smartest way to get a result, then leave a record of what you have done so others can learn from you.
Seek Knowledge and Understanding
Value the perspectives of others, in person, in literature, from your customers and co-workers. Even when you disagree the encounter will spark new ideas.
Be a Go-Getter
